Carly Mail Migration is a private desktop utility for the account owner. It is used to copy mail between accounts the owner controls or is authorized to access. It is not offered as a public service.

The owner remains responsible for the source and destination accounts, available mailbox space, and review of copied mail. The utility is provided for this personal use without a service-level commitment.

The app's handling of Gmail data is described in the privacy policy.
